How long does an assessment take?
An administrative assessment will typically take 3-5 months.

We will review your financial records, basic technology, administrative policies, and other relevant documentation.
We also will engage with you, your staff, and your key stakeholders in a variety of ways including surveys and 1:1 interviews.
At the end of the engagement, you will receive a thorough report including specific recommendations you can take immediate action on. We will also do a live (Zoom) presentation of the report.
