Nonprofit CFOs will treat information concerning the client’s beneficiaries, staff, financial data, human resources records, and business records as confidential.  Nonprofit CFOs will not disclose private or sensitive information disclosed confidentially by the client. 

General information, public records, policy statements, or statistical material that is not identified with any individual is not classified as confidential unless specifically designated otherwise by the client.
