Maximizing Tech to Save Money

Want to increase your productivity and decrease your expenses? Lots of great technology has become available in the past year that can help small and medium-sized nonprofits really move the needle.

I had the honor of leading an online round table discussion on this topic a few days ago through the Austin Chapter of NTEN.

Participants shared their favorite tech tools for all sorts of purposes, including:

• Accounting

• Working from home

• Collaboration

• Online meetings

All told, we learned a lot about how to work smarter (not harder).
